Submitting your lab results is simple and ensures that your Sunlight provider has the information needed to manage your care safely.
How to Submit Your Labs
- Upload your results in the “Documents” section of your Sunlight patient portal
- Make sure to provide results for A1C, TSH, CMP, and Lipid Panel
- Recent lab results from the last 24 months are acceptable
If You Need New Labs
- Sunlight covers the cost of lab testing for our patients
- We partner with LabCorp, Quest, and BioReference (BioReference is used for patients in NY, NJ, and RI)
- Your provider may give you a lab order and instructions for scheduling your test
