Sunlight operates on a month-to-month subscription or multi-month bundle with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time through your patient portal.

When Refunds Are Available

  • New orders: You may cancel for a full refund before a clinician has reviewed your intake.
  • Ongoing subscriptions: You may cancel before your next order is processed to avoid charges for the upcoming cycle.

When a Medical Review Fee Applies

Cancellations are subject to an $80 clinical fee. This fee applies when cancellation is requested after a clinician has reviewed your intake quiz, treatment history, or monthly check-in form. If a clinician determines that the medication is not a suitable option for you, no fee will be charged.

When Refunds Are Not Available

We cannot issue a refund once your prescription has been processed and sent to the pharmacy.

  • A licensed provider has reviewed your intake and issued a prescription
  • Your payment covers the provider’s clinical services and the medication order, which cannot be reversed under federal pharmaceutical regulations

How to Cancel

You can cancel your Sunlight weight loss program at any time through your patient portal by messaging your care team. If you need help, our support team is available to assist.
