Prescription Review and Approval
- Most prescriptions are reviewed and written within 24 hours after you sign up.
- If your medical history requires a live video consultation first, you will receive an email to schedule your appointment.
- Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the appointment email.
Prescription Fulfillment and Shipping
- After approval, your prescription is sent to a Sunlight partner pharmacy.
- Medications are typically delivered within 7 business days after the prescription is processed.
- Pharmacies do not ship Friday through Sunday to ensure safe handling.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your medication ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- This allows you to follow your package all the way to your door.
