To cancel your Sunlight weight loss program, call our patient care team at 1-877-378-7008, 8 AM to 8 PM ET, 7 days a week, and a Sunlight specialist will help you with your request. You can also send a message requesting cancellation through your patient portal. Either way, our care team will follow up to confirm.
Cancellations are subject to an $80 clinical fee. This fee applies when cancellation is requested after a clinician has reviewed your intake quiz, treatment history, or check-in form. If a clinician determines that the medication is not a suitable option for you, no fee will be charged.
