Sunlight Sales, Inc. was founded in 1990 and began as a packaging specialist, aimed primarily at food service. We gradually broadened our scope of operations to include paper distribution and janitorial supply, moving into chemicals in 1996. The firm has enjoyed steady growth and is continually looking for new opportunities to increase market share.

The firm's initial focus geographically was the Colorado and New Mexico markets. In 1995, an office was opened in Salt Lake City, Utah, to cover all of Utah and southern Idaho (Boise and south). Simultaneously, we began to penetrate the eastern Montana market at the request of several key principals.

At the urging of some of our principal/partners as well as three key regional customers, it was decided to extend our coverage into Arizona in 1998 and an office was opened in Scottsdale, AZ in February of that year.

In 2006 we were presented with the 'golden opportunity' to merge Red Barn Packaging; a Northern California rep firm managed by Walt Gorba, into Sunlight Sales thus broadening our presence further west.

The expansion of our total territory to its present state makes Sunlight Sales, Inc. critically important to our manufacturer principals as well as to our regional and national distributor, chain restaurant and supermarket customers. Our broad presence makes program selling much more meaningful for these business partners.

The strength of Sunlight Sales lies in our strong experience and knowledge in the area of food service and packaging products combined with our outstanding technical and interpersonal skills and contacts in the industry. Our sales team calls on over 200 years of combined total experience in serving our principals and customers. We have top notch, energetic sales support staff who work closely with manufacturers and customers to ensure a positive experience and will go above and beyond to make sure the job gets done right.
